Candidates who do not receive fee assistance will be responsible for the entire registration fee of $2500.00.
After completing the online application procedures, please print and send to Professional Learning and Development the information listed below. This information is needed before we can make your application eligible to be processed and approved by National Board and DOE.

Most recent Performance Appraisal (copy).
NOTE: If all three years of experience you are claiming were done in Brevard or another Florida county, we will verify these years of experience for you.
If one or more of your three years of experience are from another state, you will have to get a verification of experience form from the National Board website and send it to your former employee/state to get verification.
You will need to send the Office of Certification, Brevard Public Schools, a copy of your most recent performance appraisal so that we can verify a "satisfactory" rating. This is your responsibility even if your performance appraisal was done in Brevard County.
